About this app
Source-based review · 2026-10-22 — Feature descriptions below are attributed to the publisher. Our assessment is analysis of public information, not a hands-on test.
Amazon's listing describes delivery alerts, saved-item price notifications, product scanning and customer support chat.
A shopping assistant is most valuable after checkout
Tracking and retrieving order details are stronger reasons to keep the app than browsing every promotional notification. A single retail interface still requires attention to the particular seller and product variant.
Use alerts selectively
Someone who orders household supplies regularly may benefit from delivery updates while getting little value from recommendations for unrelated products. Separate those two purposes when configuring the app. Keeping a small list of planned replacements also gives price alerts context: the notification becomes a prompt to compare an intended purchase, rather than a reason to invent a new need during a sale.
Privacy & Data Safety
Camera access supports scanning and room previews. Grant it when using those tools and avoid including private documents in a product photograph.
Checks before you commit
Save one planned purchase and compare its exact size, seller, return conditions and final price before responding to a price-drop alert.
Editor's Assessment
